Richards Lake

On January 31, 2010, we went to the Southwire pond named Richards Lake and while we where there we saw a Northern Shovler, an American Wigeon, a Ross’s Goose which just happens to be the first one spotted in our area in a long time. We also saw some canvasback, Redheads, Buffleheads, Lesser Scaup, Ring-Necked Ducks, a Great Blue Heron, a Belted Kingfisher and two Common Mergansers.
